Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Finch Context collects and uses your personal data when you use this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Finch Context (FinchContext, registration in progress, [PLACEHOLDER — POSTAL ADDRESS]) is the data controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at finch.krk@gmail.com.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the information you choose to submit through our forms: your name or company name, email address, phone number (optional) and the contents of your message or request. Aside from the analytics cookies described in section 6 (used only with your consent), we do not collect data automatically.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
We process this data solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you requested. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give when you submit a form and may withdraw at any time.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request and any related follow-up, after which it is deleted.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website and respond to you: Google (Google Analytics and Google Fonts), EmailJS (which delivers your form submissions to us) and our payment provider (for paid orders). Some of these providers are located in the United States; such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies and tracking
With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes data such as your IP address and device information. Analytics stays off until you accept our cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser storage. We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. Your preferred region is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at finch.krk@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
