Data rules

Each BO carries full identity (name, DOB/place, nationality, address) and the modalités du contrôle — both the capital % and voting-rights % (direct/indirect) and/or the nature of other control.
Fallback: where no BO can be identified by ownership/control, the représentant légal (legal representative) is declared as BO, with justification.
Updates within 30 days of the change; the declaration is filed by an authorised declarant via the Guichet unique.
Data must be consistent with the company's registration (RCS / SIREN) and actual structure.
